This is a crackle effect tumbler, it has been made with flowers, and dragon flies. Can customize with different design other than what is pictured
A name can be added just type it in the special instructions section at check out. Be sure to type it EXACTLY how you want it to be spelled

This item was handmade with care and special attention to detail and every effort is made for a flawless appearance, but since it is handmade some minor imperfections are unavoidable.

Shipping - We are not responsible for incorrect addresses being given at time of checkout. If a package is late/lost, contact USPS via email. They should respond within a few days with the full status of your package. I have no control over delays with USPS once the package leaves my hands. Once a label is created you will receive an email with a tracking number, please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update. Return Policy - All sales are final. No returns or cancellations are accepted. If there is a problem with your order, you have 24 hours after delivery to contact me for resolution. Problems that qualify for remake are damages during transit resulting in cracks or broken/damaged cup. Images will need to be shown.
